This policy covers the iOS game Star Seekers 3: Hollowfall (“Hollowfall”) made by PG App Studios. We keep it short and plain. Hollowfall shows no ads, uses no analytics, does not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data.

Hollowfall has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of ours. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or any other personal data.
This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the game.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your score, stars and kills are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center profile, where other players can see them. Apple runs Game Center and Apple's privacy policy applies. You can sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings at any time.
Hollowfall offers three in-app purchases: Full Invasion, Solar Lance and Nuke Pack. Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
To confirm a purchase is valid and to restore Full Invasion on a new device, Hollowfall uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) as our data processor. RevenueCat receives:
Data may be processed in the United States under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. Hollowfall contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email pgmetastudios@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, or to the authority in your own country.
Hollowfall is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone. Purchase records handled by RevenueCat are anonymous.
Purchase data is sent over encrypted connections. We keep what is processed to the minimum needed to run the game.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, such as collecting a new type of data, we'll also say so in the game's update notes.
