Hollowfall Terms of Use

These terms apply to the iOS game Star Seekers 3: Hollowfall (“Hollowfall” or “the Game”) by PG App Studios, Portugal. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If the two ever conflict, the Apple EULA wins. By playing, you agree to both.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Hollowfall on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Game or its content.

2. Purchases

• Levels 1–20 are free to play.
• Full Invasion is a one-time purchase that unlocks levels 21–100. You keep it forever and can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, from Settings → Restore Purchases.
• Solar Lance is a consumable purchase. It unlocks the Solar Lance weapon for 48 hours from the moment of purchase. The time runs whether or not you are playing. Buying it again while it's active adds another 48 hours. It cannot be paused or restored after it ends.
• Nuke Pack is a consumable purchase that adds 3 nukes to your game. Nukes are used up when you launch them. They are stored on your device: if you delete the game or lose your device, nukes you haven't used may be lost.
• Solar Lance time and nukes have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred between players.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

3. Game Center leaderboards

If you use Game Center, your scores appear on Hollowfall's leaderboards under your Game Center profile. Don't cheat, use hacks, bots or modified versions of the Game, or tamper with leaderboards. Apple may remove scores that clearly aren't legitimate.

4. Our content

Star Seekers 3: Hollowfall, including its universe, characters, story, art, music and sound, is an original work owned by PG App Studios. Some art, music and sound were created with the help of AI tools and then selected and edited by us. Playing the Game doesn't give you ownership of any of it. You're welcome to share screenshots and gameplay videos.

5. Changes to the Game

We keep improving Hollowfall, so features, balance and content may change in updates. We'll never take away Full Invasion once you've paid for it.

6. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the Game fun and stable, but it's provided “as is” and we can't promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, PG App Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new version.
