Terms of Use

These terms apply to Star Seekers: Shard War and Star Seekers 2 (together, “the Games”) by PG App Studios, Portugal. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If the two ever conflict, the Apple EULA wins. By playing, you agree to both.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Games on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Games or their content.

2. Purchases

Star Seekers: Shard War

• Full War, the Supporter Pack and Captain Paints are one-time purchases. You keep them forever.
• You can restore them on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, from Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases.

Star Seekers 2

• Credit packs are consumable. Credits are used up when you spend them in the game.
• Every ship can also be unlocked with credits you earn by playing. Buying credits is optional.
• Credits and in-game items have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money or transferred between players.
• Credits are stored on your device. If you delete the game or lose your device, credits you haven't spent may be lost.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

3. Accounts and leaderboards (Star Seekers 2)

• An account is optional and is used for the online leaderboards. Keep your login details safe.
• Your player name is visible to other players. It must not be offensive, hateful or impersonate someone else. We may rename or remove names that break this rule.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, use hacks, bots or modified versions of the Games, tamper with leaderboards, or try to access our systems without permission. We may remove scores that clearly aren't legitimate and suspend accounts that keep breaking this rule.

5. Our content

Star Seekers, including its universe, characters, ships, story, art and music, is an original work owned by PG App Studios. Some art and music were created with the help of AI tools and then selected and edited by us. Playing the Games doesn't give you ownership of any of it. You're welcome to share screenshots and gameplay videos.

6. Changes to the Games

We keep improving the Games, so features, balance and content may change in updates. We'll never take away a one-time purchase you've paid for in Shard War. If we ever have to shut down Star Seekers 2's online leaderboards, we'll announce it in advance.

7. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the Games fun and stable, but they're provided “as is” and we can't promise they'll be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, PG App Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game or purchase concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Games at any time by deleting them. We may suspend online features for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new version.
